THE CABINS:
1. Question: IS THE PRICE PER PERSON?
Answer: No, the price is for the size of the Cabin and it may vary according to the size of the Cabin and the amount of people.
1.2 Q: ARE THE PRICES ON THE SITE UPDATED?
A: The prices listed on the site are updated with 2 months in advance. The date of the last update is included on the list.
2. Q: WHAT ARE THE CABINS ACCOMODATIONS?
A: All the Cabins for 2 y 4 people have double bedroom, the Cabins for 4 people have a sofa-bed in the living room for a fourth person and an extra single bed in the bedroom.
The Cabins for 6 people have a double bedroom and one extra bedroom with 2 beds, and a sofa-bed in the living room for the 5 and 6th person. One bathroom, full kitchen and a patio or quincho with a grill and parking.
Cabins for 8 people have 2 double bedrooms; one of those bedrooms has 2 single beds and two bathrooms.
All the 4 stars Cabins for 6 and 8 people have added in relation to 3 stars one, one refrigerator with freezer, microwave, exterior barbecue, and air conditioning, plus a double bed with spring mattress.
Every Cabin has a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, and a set of dinnerware to cook and eat in relation to the amount of people occupying the cabin, plus a complete bathroom, that includes a toilet, shower, bidet and hot water.
Only the 4 stars Cabins for 6 and 8 people have a refrigerator with freezer and a microwave.
All the furniture is made out of carob tree.
Every Cabin has cable TV, heating, ceiling fans, turbo fans, quilts and blankets.
All have their own grills and Individual parking.
3. Q: DO THEY HAVE MICROWAVES?
A: Only our 4 stars Cabins for 4, 6 and 8 people have Microwaves.
4. Q: ARE SHEETS AND TOWELLS INCLUDED?
A: No, towels and sheets are an additional service with an additional cost (Go to the price list).
5. Q: DO THEY HAVE A BABY CRIB?
A: No, there are no cribs available.
Q. P: IF SOME FRIENDS COME TO A BARBECUE, DO THEY PAY?
A: Yes, guests pay a small fee for every day they stay in the complex, but they are also capable of using all of our facilities (see prices).
7. Q: DO CHILDREN PAY? HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE?
A: Children are computed as one person if they’re older than 3 years old. Younger children’s who sleep with their parents or siblings and don’t need additional bedding don’t pay.
8. Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD ANOTHER BED TO THE CABIN?
A: Yes, each house has the possibility to add an additional bed with a mattress, but it has an additional cost per day (see price list)
9. Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN YOU RENT A CABIN?
A: The rent of a Cabin allows the use of all of the complex’s facilities, electricity and gas included. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF FOOD SERVICE.
10. Q: CAN YOU ACCESS THE COMPLEX WITH YOUR CAR?
A: Yes, all the cabins have individual parking on the side of the cabin. The Bungalows (2 people Cabin) have a unified parking space.
11. Q: DO THE CABINS HAVE CHIMENEY?
A: No. Only our 4 stars 8 people Cabin “Las Palmas” has a chimney. (The wood needs to be bought separately)
12. Q: DO THE CABINS HAVE A STEREO OR MUSIC?
A: No, no cabin has a stereo or radio. Only Cable TV.
12. Q: ARE THERE ANY MOSQUITOES IN THE AREA?
A: YES, although all of the cabins have mosquitos nets.
13. Q: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 3 STARS AND 4 STARS?
A: The differences between each Cabins are well explained in the CABINS section, some of them are structural, other by location, some of them have outdoor quinchos or some differences in the furniture. All of our 4 stars Cabins have microwaves and air conditioning.
14. Q: DO THE CABINS HAVE UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS OR 2 BATHROOMS?
A: NO, Every Cabin has only one bathroom on the first floor. The only Cabin with 2 bathrooms is our 4 stars Cabin “Los Tilos”
15. Q: WHAT ABOUT THE INTERNET? HOW DOES THE WIFI SYSTEM WORKS? WHAT’S I’T’S REACH? DOES IT COVER THE WHOLE COMPLEX?
A: We offer WiFi zones, but the internet does not reach all of the Cabins. The Suites 20 and 21 are the only ones with WiFi in the room.
SAFETY
1. Q: IS THE RESORT SAFE?
A: This is a 5-acre, fully fenced, with perimeter wire, 2m high wall and can be entered only by a single automated entry gate with security.
2. Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AND BUY OUT?
A: You can get in and out of the resort area at any time
3. Q: IS THERE ANY SECURITY?
A: Yes, we have 24 hour security, especially at night, guards patrol the resort constantly.
4. Q: HOW IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD AREA?
A: The resort is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by middle class housing and no tall buildings.
5. Q: IS THERE MEDICAL CARE?
A. We have an Emergency Medical Service with ambulance and immediate that will transfer you to a hospital if necessary.
FACILITIES AND THE USE OF THE SPORT COMPLEX
1. Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE USE OF THE COURTS?
A: No, the use of all of our facilities is included with the rental of the cottage.
2. Q: ARE THE ELEMENTS OF THE GAME PROVIDED?
A: No, you must bring your own playing elements.
3. Q: DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR USING THE INFLATABLE CASTLE?
A: NO, the inflatable castle is free and it will work in scheduled times.
4. Q: ARE THE BYCICLES PROVIDED?
A: No, we rent the bicycles. We have them available for all ages as well (see the price list)
5. Q: HOW CAN YOU GET TO COMPLEX WITHOUT A CAR?
A: There are different ways to reach the resort (Train, Collective, Remis), all of them are explained in the “LOCATION” section.
6. Q: IS THERE A RESTAURANT?
A: Yes, there is a buffet to buy meals, snacks, ice cream, etc. It is operating as a deli.
7. Q: CAN YOU BUY GROCERIES THERE OR DO YOU HAVE TO BRING THEM?
A: There’s a shopping mall only 2 blocks away from the resort with a supermarket, a bakery and a Green grocery store, there’s also a petrol station and a pharmacy where you can buy anything you need. There is also a Carrefour supermarket only 2kms away.
8. Q: IS THE SWIMMING POOL IS COVERED?
A: No, the pools are only open in the summer. They’re enabled from mid-November until Easter week.
9. Q: ARE THERE ANY DECK CHAIRS IN THE CABINS?
A: No, we rent the deck and lounge chairs, but you can always bring your own. (See price list)
PROHIBITED
1. Q: CAN U USE A FOURWHEELER ON A BIKE?
A: It’s completely prohibited the use of four-wheelers and motorcycles inside of the resort.
2. Q: CAN A CHILD DRIVE OR LEARN HOW TO DRIVE?
A: No underage person can drive inside of the complex.
RESERVATIONS
1. HOW CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION?
A: Reservations can be made by mail, but these cannot be taken as firm until we have confirmed it, ideally you should book by phone so we can immediately check the availability. We provide a bank account so people can make a small deposit and make the reservation.
2. Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
A: For the time being, we do not accept any credit or debit card.
RATES

A: Yes, pets are welcome, but they have an additional cost per day (see price list)
2. Q: CAN PETS BE OFF THE LEASH?
A: NO, all the pets need to be on a leash on the complex at all times, there’s a 2 acre area on the back of the complex where the pets can run off the leash.
3. Q: CAN PETS SLEEP INSIDE THE CABIN?
A: Yes, the pets can sleep inside of the cabin, but the guests will be responsible for any damage made to the property, specially furniture and quilts.
